Consumers Reports votes the Kia Soul among the five best cars for older drivers. With plenty of interior space, comfy seats, and great features, the experts at Consumer Reports see the Soul as a fun choice for your parents.
Consumers Reports says the recently redesigned Soul “brings more to the table than quirky styling.” The seats are described as chairlike, and big windows provide ample view and few blindspots on the highway. Short of a small SUV and minivan Consumer Reports says “access doesn’t get much easier.” Tall seats and a tall roof add even more to the visibility.
The Soul has also been voted the best car for small families and families with dogs. Why? There is a ton of interior space for a car its size. The seats fold down, but even if you need the back seats, there is plenty of trunk space.
Even before this list came out, Waikem Kia has always recommended the Soul for our older drivers because of the great space, comfy seats and few blind spots. The latest models even come with leather seats, recommended by Consumer Reports due to the inexpensive upgrades.
